Ingredients
- 4 cups oat meal
- 1 cups of assorted nuts & seeds
- ⅓ cup raw agave syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ⅛ cup coconut milk
- ⅙ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup of assorted dried fruits
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix everything well in a large bowl
- Put on a tray (covered with wax paper) and flatten to about ¼-1/2" thickness
- Bake for about 30 minutes in 350 Fahrenheit.
Notes
One can add cinnamon or vanilla extract to boost the flavor.
